everyone who interacts with our products. As a small family business, we follow strict

health, hygiene, and safety standards in every stage of making and selling our

handmade dog treats.

Our Commitment

- We prepare all treats in a clean, hygienic kitchen using 100% humangrade

ingredients with no additives or artificial flavourings.  

- All equipment and surfaces are cleaned and sanitised before, during, and after

production.  

- Pets are kept out of the kitchen during treatmaking to prevent contamination.  

- Ingredients and finished products are stored safely in sealed, food-safe containers.

Food Safety & Allergens

- We follow a HACCP-based approach to food safety, including allergen control and

traceability.  

- All known allergens are clearly listed on our packaging and online product

descriptions.  

- Products are packaged in clean, food-grade materials and labelled with ingredients,

batch numbers, and best-before dates.

Online Orders

- Orders are packed securely to protect products during delivery.  

- We store and ship treats in conditions that maintain freshness and quality.

Markets & Events

- Our stall setup is safe, stable, and weather-appropriate.  

- All products are displayed and handled hygienically.  

- Allergen information is clearly visible for customers.
